XKS-350 Electric spark strengthen machine / metal surface harden machine
Application:
1. Hardening ferrous metals, hardness up to HV1100-1400 (HRC70-72 ) to increase wear resistance, corrosion resistance and prolong life-span 1-3 times.
2. Perfectly processing part of bending, extrusion, die casting molds, etc; high-speed steel tools, fixtures, machinery parts and components, micro-mechanical components, etc.
Welding method: 1.Hardening ferrous metals, hardness up to HV1100-1400 (HRC70-72 )
Applications:
1.EDM electrodes are made of carbide.Increase the surface of ferrous metal up to HV1100-1400 (HRC70-72 °). Increase the wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, extend usage life 1-3 times.
Mainly for surface hardening, like cold stamping, forging & pressing, bending, extrusion, stretching, die-casting moulds.
2. Processing easy abrasion parts, like: high speed steel cutter, tongs, mechanical parts; and also can be used in micro repairing to abrasion parts.
3. Sandblasting to various plastic mould, rubber mould.
4.Dimension repair: the thickness of surface may increase by 20-60mm after hardening; therefore it can be applied to hardening and repairing abrasion part of moulds, cutters and tongs.
5.Extract broken tap, bolts, drill, in metal work pieces.
